Arlancia Williams
An Associate Broker at Keller Williams in Largo, MD, Arlancia blends strategic brokerage with investor-focused execution. With experience in new construction, property management, retail and mixed-use assets, she’s renowned for her ability to align tenant needs with owner goals,

Kita Holmes
With a real estate career spanning nearly two decades, Kita is the President of 5 Star Property Management, overseeing multifamily and commercial portfolios throughout DC, MD, and VA. A licensed broker since 2006, she began her journey closing 50 transactions in her first year, was awarded “Rookie of the Year,” and has since built a reputation in construction, asset management, tenant law, and educational outreach
